Baby Shower FAQs
- How many guests can the private room hold? Up to 32 guests, with exclusive use of the room for your party — no other diners.
2. What time can we come in to decorate? You’re welcome in 15–20 minutes before your booking starts to set up decorations – so for a 2.30pm start, from around 2.15pm.
3. Do you provide decorations? We don’t provide decorations, so you’re welcome to bring and set up your own. Amazon is usually the easiest place to find things like balloon garlands or baby boxes.
4. Can we bring our own cake? Yes – bring a cake along and we’ll serve it for dessert. Please ensure the allergen information is clear for your guests.
5. Can you cater for dietary requirements or allergies? Yes – we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets to name a few. Just let us know when you book, or at the latest a week before the event, and we’ll sort it. Please note the allergen information and important disclaimer on the menu page.
6. Do children count towards the numbers, and what do they pay? Children are charged at half price and do count towards the guest minimum. Under-2s come free.
7. Is there a minimum number of guests? The Afternoon Tea package is set up for parties of 10 or more.
8. How do we secure the date? A £100 holding deposit, paid by card once we’ve confirmed availability. The date isn’t guaranteed until the deposit’s in. The deposit is refunded to you on the day.
9. What if we need to cancel? The deposit is fully refunded with at least 7 days’ notice.
10, When do you need final numbers and dietary requirements? At least a week before the event, so we can order in the correct amount of food.
